I am able to more easily identify my emotions and decipher what they are trying to tell me instead of attaching to them. I have also realized some new core values that are very important to me, that I was unaware of before. These have helped guide me to things that I want to incorporate and uphold in my business.

I’ve never done energetic alignment/healing work before and have always been curious to try. It was such a fun and powerful experience working with Stephanie.

I was struggling with a visibility block. After coaching, I started marketing for my business! I was stagnant before my work with Stephanie.

During the VIP day with Stephanie I had an “aha moment”. It was like a brain flip, suddenly I realized that maybe the reason I'm not getting what I want is because I don’t really believe I can or that I’m worth it.

I always thought it was external, but it’s actually about me. That was a huge lightbulb moment.

You know, after a big breakup or divorce, it’s hard to unpack everything.

Even though it’s been 12 years since my divorce, I still haven’t fully unpacked it.

I admit, I’d been blaming him a lot because of the betrayal, but this process helped me see where I need to take responsibility. It’s not about him, it’s about me and the areas I need to work on.

And the cool thing is, I can work on that. I have control over it.

After my work with Stephanie, I found myself unaffected by the fear we were working on.

The following day I attended a book release party put on by a PhD Psychologist in my area who had just published her first book.

I introduced myself to her and told her I am a mental health coach specialized in healing insecure attachment (which was something I previously didn’t feel comfortable sharing) and she was very pleased and seemed happy to meet me!

I detected no judgement or condescension from her, and I felt no fear or hesitation about it within myself.

The fear was no longer in my body.

I gained self-awareness about stories I was telling myself and I received strategies to live more freely and authentically with new, more life-giving stories that made me feel more fulfilled and happy.

I became more confident that I could handle difficult things because of the support Stephanie gave me.

I’ve become much more calmer than before. My mind is not as noisy as it used to be.
